Marine Stainless steel angle valves are usually made of SCS13, 14, and 16 stainless steel, which are acid-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and rust-proof. Stainless steel angle valves are often used in ships where high corrosion resistance is required, and can ensure long-term use in marine environments without damage. The right-angle stop check valve is a special valve with a similar structure to the stop valve, but the valve stem and the valve disc are not fixedly connected. This design allows the valve to have both stop and check functions when needed. When the valve stem descends and presses the valve disc against the valve seat, the valve acts as a stop valve to prevent the medium from continuing to flow; when the valve stem rises, the valve acts as a check valve to prevent the medium from flowing back. The right-angle stop valve is a valve type that is arranged vertically in the inlet and outlet directions of the fluid. The valve stem drives the valve head to achieve opening and closing control. Its structure omits flange connectors and can be directly welded to the pipeline system. As a core component in the railway tank car loading and unloading system, the valve is required to perform a water pressure test of 1.5 times the design pressure and a double air tightness test. The cast steel valve body is designed with a socket welding groove, which is lightweight and highly reliable. The casting process adopts a closed-open composite pouring system with a filter and a large riser shrinkage technology to solve the problem of special-shaped structure molding.
