

Type"LT"-Butterfly Valve is mainly composed of a valve body, a rotating shaft, a valve plate, a valve seat and a driving mechanism (such as a handle, a worm gear, a pneumatic device or an electric device). The driving mechanism drives the rotating shaft and the valve plate to rotate to achieve the purpose of opening and closing and controlling the flow. Its characteristics include simple and compact structure, small and light, easy to transport, install and disassemble; 90° opening and closing, fast switching; small operating torque, labor-saving and light; good sealing performance, long service life, and zero leakage; different component materials can be selected to be suitable for a variety of media; the flow characteristics are similar to a straight line and have good adjustment performance.
Type"LT"-Butterfly Valve is widely used in pipelines of petroleum, chemical, food, medicine, papermaking, hydropower, shipbuilding, water supply and drainage, metallurgy, energy and other systems, and is suitable for a variety of corrosive gases, liquids, semi-liquids and solid powder media. Its main functions include:
Control flow: adjust the flow of the medium by rotating the valve plate.
Cut off medium: when fully closed, it can effectively cut off the flow of the medium.
Good adjustment performance: The flow characteristics are close to a straight line, which is suitable for occasions that require precise control.
Applicable to a variety of media: Select the appropriate material according to different media to ensure the corrosion resistance and durability of the valve.
The LT type centerline clamp-type butterfly valve connects the valve between the two pipe flanges through stud bolts, making installation and maintenance relatively convenient. Its structure is simple and compact, the operating torque is small, and it can be installed in any position, which is convenient and practical.
