1. The valve disc automatically closes when the medium flows back, effectively preventing the pressure fluctuation or equipment damage caused by the backflow of the medium in the pipeline system, which is especially suitable for the safety protection of key systems such as ship fuel and lubricating oil. ‌

2. The valve stem is driven up and down by rotating the handwheel to open and close, which can cut off or connect the flow of pipeline medium, and is suitable for the on-off control of various media such as fresh water, fuel oil, and lubricating oil.

3. Made of bronze (such as ZCuZn40Pb2, ZCuAl10Fe3 and other alloys), it has excellent seawater corrosion resistance (no rust in salt spray test for more than 1000 hours) and mechanical strength (tensile strength of more than 400MPa), and the flange connection structure ensures stability in ship vibration and pressure fluctuations.

4. It can handle fresh water, lubricating oil, fuel oil and 300-400℃ steam in the temperature range of -30℃~150℃, with a pressure level of more than 1.6MPa, meeting the demanding working conditions of ocean-going ships.
